- We ship Monday to Friday. Weekend orders ship on Monday.

- Standard shipping starts at $12.99 (flat rate for most orders under $150).
- Express shipping available at checkout for an additional fee (where available).
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.However, we stand behind our quality:
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your tracking number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately with photos. We will ship the correct product free of charge or refund you.
- Refunds: All refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
